Who's hiring?
For generations, Arnott's has been creating products that have become part of everyday Australian life. Behind every product is a team of people working across manufacturing, supply chain and support functions to keep the business moving.
They're now looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to partner with their Marleston manufacturing site and play an important role within their broader People & Culture team.
Working closely with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team, you'll lead the people agenda for the site while contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives across the business. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team focused on building leadership capability, creating stronger connections across sites and delivering a consistent approach to People & Culture across the organisation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation. Someone with a natural curiosity about how the business works, who builds credibility through relationships, isn't afraid to have difficult conversations and enjoys partnering with leaders to help them get the best from their teams.
So, what's the role?
As the senior People & Culture partner for the Marleston site, you'll provide both strategic and operational support across the full employee lifecycle while working closely with leaders to improve capability, engagement and business performance.
You'll be a visible and trusted presence across the site, building strong relationships with leaders, employees, delegates and union representatives while working closely with the broader People & Culture team to deliver consistent, business-focused outcomes.
You'll coach and support leaders to build confidence in managing people matters, strengthening leadership capability across the site while contributing to a more connected and consistent approach to People & Culture across the business.
A typical week will include:
You'll be an experienced People & Culture leader who enjoys partnering closely with leaders in a fast-paced operational environment.
You're commercially minded, approachable and naturally curious. You enjoy understanding how a business operates and use that knowledge to provide practical, balanced advice that supports both leaders and employees.
You'll be someone who enjoys coaching leaders, building capability and helping others grow. You're confident navigating complex employee and industrial relations matters, comfortable working with unions and Enterprise Agreements, and able to balance strategic thinking with the practical realities of a manufacturing environment.
You'll also bring:
This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential People & Culture leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape culture, strengthen leadership capability and influence the employee experience at one of Arnott's key manufacturing sites.
You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team while being supported by a collaborative national People & Culture function. Together, you'll help build stronger connections across the business, develop leadership capability and create a consistent approach to People & Culture that supports both employees and operational success.
If you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, partner closely with operational leaders and be part of a high-performing People & Culture team, we'd love to hear from you.
