About the Role

This is a true all-rounder role where you’ll be the glue between operations, customer service and sales support.
  • Processing orders and managing stock inventory
  • Managing customer enquiries and building stakeholder relationship
  • Admin support and coordination for the sales team
  • End-to-end processing and reporting of retail claims
  • Office administration, coordinating office services and supplies
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Identifying process improvements and supporting system efficiencies
About You
  • You are organised, adaptable and genuinely enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things on track
  • Previous experience in a high-volume administrative role
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confidence working across multiple systems (ERP experience highly regarded)
  • A proactive mindset and ability to identify process improvements
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously
