Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining scope, tasks, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring the highest quality of outcomes.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance and control frameworks, preparing regular progress reports and maintaining meticulous records for management review.
• Effective management of project budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
• Lead the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies, fostering strong collaborative relationships with government agencies, NGOs, industry partners, and community leaders.
• Continuous monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, alongside proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Oversight on impact assessments and data analysis to inform project adjustments and measure success.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in managing complex projects, ideally within the social sector. The ideal individual will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and possess a strong desire to contribute to community-focused work.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in project management or the social services sector required at Assistant Manager / Manager level and 10 years’ experience with 5 years at a managerial level for Senior Manager.
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects involving diverse stakeholders, including government bodies and/or non-profit organisations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget monitoring and procurement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels in both English and Cantonese.
• A strong passion for social impact and community development is essential.
