As part of their continued expansion within the Financial Services sector, they are looking to appoint an experienced Strategy & Transformation Manager to join their Hong Kong team. This opportunity is suited to individuals who enjoy bridging strategy and execution, working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to deliver meaningful transformation outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading large-scale transformation programmes across banking, insurance, asset and wealth management organisations, helping clients shape future-state operating models, modernise technology capabilities, and drive enterprise-wide change.
This position offers a unique blend of advisory, programme leadership, and hands-on execution responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both strategic thinking and delivery ownership.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Drive large-scale technology, digital, operational, and organisational change initiatives.
- Ensure programmes are delivered on schedule, within budget, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Support enterprise-wide modernisation and business transformation efforts.
- Advise senior stakeholders on technology strategy, target operating models, and transformation priorities.
- Facilitate solution design discussions spanning architecture, data, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience through technology adoption.
- Provide insights on AI, automation, digital capabilities, and modern operating models.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
- Support business development activities, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and deepen client partnerships.
- Contribute to thought leadership and practice growth initiatives.
Required Skills for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience within management consulting, technology consulting, enterprise transformation, or large-scale change programmes.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation engagements, ideally within financial services or other highly regulated industries.

- Commercially minded with a strong consulting and client-facing approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin language capabilities would be advantageous.
