WOW Recruitment is partnering with a global EdTech company on a mission to power schools and enable great teaching worldwide. With a strong international footprint and a diverse suite of products supporting thousands of schools across key global markets, the business continues to invest heavily across ANZ as it enters its next phase of growth.

As part of this journey, they are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive SaaS revenue across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson to own new business development, build pipeline across new markets, and play a key role in expanding the reach of a well-established global education technology business.

Location: Perth (Hybrid 3 days in office) Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 Base + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE circa $170,000+) Sector: SaaS / Education

🌏 The Role:

• Drive International Growth: Own new business development across an assigned international territory, identifying opportunities to grow SaaS revenue and enter new markets.
• Build Pipeline: Increase outbound activity through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building, alongside inbound opportunities.
• Own the Sales Cycle: Engage decision-makers, run discovery conversations, demonstrate the product and take opportunities through to close.
• Drive Revenue: Work towards ambitious sales targets while identifying whitespace and new opportunities across your territory.
• Work Autonomously: Operate in a fast-moving environment where processes are evolving, and you'll have genuine ownership over your market.

🎯 About You:

• Proven Sales Performer: A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a strong desire to win.
• Outbound Focused: Comfortable with high-volume prospecting and creating opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• SaaS / Subscription Experience: Experience selling SaaS, subscription-based or recurring revenue products is highly desirable.
• Self-Starter: You don't need extensive training or a highly structured environment to get moving and create results.
• Resilient & Adaptable: Comfortable in a startup-style environment where processes are evolving, and you'll need to take ownership and find solutions.
