Our client seeks a motivated and results-driven Remote Closer to play a key role in driving real estate acquisitions. This fully remote position is ideal for high-performing sales professionals ready to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leveraging their skills to close deals and contribute to the company’s rapid growth in the real estate investment industry.

Position Overview:

As a Remote Closer, you will manage a consistent pipeline of motivated seller leads, negotiate and acquire properties, and ensure the company meets its quarterly revenue goals. With access to 22 high-quality leads per week, this role provides an incredible opportunity to thrive in a commission-driven environment. Structure & Compensation:

• Full-Time, Remote
• Base Salary: $35,000/year
• Commissions: 4% on closed deals up to $15,000 in revenue per quarter
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$110,000/year

What This Job Entails:

Key Objectives:

• Manage a consistent flow of 22 seller leads weekly and maintain high closing rates.
• Negotiate with property owners to acquire real estate assets at favorable terms.
• Achieve quarterly revenue goals by effectively managing your pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers.
• Analyze property values and conduct market research to determine offer prices.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
