You will refine and optimise the release processes, working closely with the DevOps team to design and implement robust infrastructure and practices. Your role will be crucial in maintaining quality standards, ensuring that tens of thousands of solar professionals worldwide can rely on the software to advance solar energy adoption and electrification. You'll be responsible for: Enhancing software release lifecycle processes and collaborating with DevOps to implement appropriate infrastructure, automation, and quality checks. Overseeing and synchronising release schedules with the product roadmap. Establishing and maintaining quality standards and processes throughout the software development lifecycle. Partnering with the QA Manager to enhance team effectiveness and transition towards automated testing. Ensuring the uptime and quality of production systems, managing SLA commitments, monitoring, reporting, and implementing improvements. Owning and improving incident management and disaster recovery plans. Shaping policies and practices related to security and data privacy. About you Our client is looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in release management, project management, or DevOps. You should be adept at enhancing quality and efficiency through collaboration and strategic planning. In addition, you will have: Extensive experience in a software development organisation in project management, release management, or DevOps roles. Strong background in quality assurance and project management. Experience in implementing and fostering a DevOps culture, optimising manual QA, and promoting automated QA. Proficiency in designing and utilising continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience in monitoring production systems, including uptime monitoring and issue escalation. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive organisational transformation to enhance quality and efficiency.
