About the Opportunity
You'll be responsible for processing operational requests, completing servicing and fulfilment activities, supporting internal stakeholders and ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with strict compliance requirements.
This is a back-office processing role with limited phone work. Most communication is via workflow management and internal stakeholders rather than customer calls.

What You'll Be Doing
- Process operational banking requests accurately and within service levels
- Complete account maintenance, account openings, account closures and transactional processing
- Review documentation and validate information
- Respond to internal stakeholder enquiries
- Follow established procedures, policies and regulatory requirements
- Prioritise work across multiple queues while meeting productivity and quality targets
- Identify and escalate complex or high-risk matters
- Contribute to a strong team culture focused on customer outcomes
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience in banking operations, financial services or another operational processing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A genuine risk and compliance mindset
- Experience working to KPIs, SLAs or productivity targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working within structured processes and procedures
- Strong stakeholder communication skills

- Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
