Apply directWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join a well-established residential building business known for delivering quality homes and exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected brand, guiding clients through the end-to-end home buying journey.
This role will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to contract. Working closely with internal design, construction, and operational teams, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting continued business growth.
Key responsibilities include:- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to signed contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and referral networks
- Conduct customer consultations to understand client needs and present tailored home solutions
- Maintain strong knowledge of home designs, specifications, and market trends
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to broader team performance
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintain accurate sales activity, reporting, and CRM records
- Represent the business professionally across display homes, events, and client interactions
- Proven sales experience, ideally within residential housing, property, or a related industry
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement capability
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on delivering results
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Flexible to work weekends as required
