They have a long-standing reputation for delivering trusted advice on complex projects, the business partners with public and private sector clients to help shape, procure, and deliver major infrastructure investments.

Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, there is now an opportunity for an experienced infrastructure specialist to join their Wellington-based team.

This is a senior-level advisory position focused on strengthening commercial leadership and estimating capability across major infrastructure projects. Working closely with clients and project stakeholders, you will provide independent commercial advice, lead estimating activities, support procurement strategies, and play a key role in contract establishment and negotiation.

This position will suit an experienced estimator, commercial manager, quantity surveyor, or infrastructure advisor looking to influence project outcomes from the earliest planning stages through to contract award.

• Extensive experience in infrastructure estimating, commercial management and quantity surveying
• Strong understanding of procurement models and project delivery strategies
• Proven experience working on major infrastructure or civil construction projects
• Commercial negotiation and contract establishment expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
