Lowe Living has built a reputation for delivering some of Melbourne's most premium residential developments, combining exceptional design, quality construction and a seamless customer experience.

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a CRM & Analytics Specialist to manage their marketing technology, customer data and reporting, working closely with the marketing and sales teams in a hands on capacity.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimising Salesforce CRM, including workflows, automation and reporting
  • Building dashboards that provide visibility across lead generation, sales activity and campaign performance
  • Maintaining CRM data integrity and improving lead management processes
  • Managing automated email and SMS campaigns through Campaign Monitor and Salesforce
  • Developing customer journeys that improve engagement and conversion
  • Overseeing website CMS updates and supporting digital platform integrations
  • Analysing campaign performance, lead quality and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports, forecasts and marketing insights
  • Working with agency partners to improve SEO and digital performance
About You

You'll have:

  • 3+ years' experience in CRM, marketing operations, digital analytics or a similar role
  • Strong Salesforce administration experience, including workflows, automation and reporting
  • Experience within the property, real estate or a similar project based industry
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
