To drive these strategic initiatives, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to serve as a strategic internal recruitment partner overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China.
Operating under a lean team structure, you will manage a diverse, high-volume portfolio of requisitions. Your remit will span corporate back-office functions as well as highly specialized technical talent, including engineering, manufacturing operations, industrial, and project management roles across our regional corporate operations and advanced R&D hubs.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role requires a highly consultative business partner who can independently navigate a complex web of remote and local senior stakeholders.
1. Strategic Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

Autonomously align and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, many of whom are based remotely outside of the local Hong Kong hub.

Navigate a multi-cultural corporate environment with agility, delivering strategic talent solutions across a matrixed regional framework.
2. End-to-End Talent Acquisition Execution

Manage full-cycle recruitment workflows for a high-volume portfolio simultaneously, ensuring speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.

Drive specialized, technical, and engineering recruitment for our R&D, manufacturing, and industrial operations across the Greater China cluster.

Effectively leverage localized sourcing tools and demonstrate deep familiarity with mainland China recruitment platforms and job boards.
3. Talent Projects & Resource Management

Spearhead and execute high-impact Talent Acquisition projects, including localized Employer Branding initiatives and targeted campus/graduate recruitment programs.

Provide functional direction, mentorship, and support to an internal contractor resource assisting with regional hires.
Candidate Requirements

Industry Background: A proven track record of success recruiting within the FMCG or Retail or Life Science sectors is strictly required.

Geographic Reach: Prior regional talent acquisition exposure, with mandatory experience recruiting across North Asia (including Mainland China).

Functional Breadth: Versatility in hiring across diverse functional areas, with specialized experience in technical, engineering, or industrial operations recruitment being highly advantageous.

Trilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are essential for senior stakeholder interaction.

Prioritization & Agility: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven capability to self-prioritize dense workloads independently in a busy, multi-tasking environment.
