About the Client

Their Hong Kong office provides an ambitious, supportive, and fast-paced environment where the Business Development and Marketing team plays a strategic role in driving firm growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitches & Proposals: Support the end-to-end preparation of capability statements, tenders, and pitch materials while maintaining standardized lawyer profiles.

  • Directory Submissions & Awards: Collate matter data and draft submissions for major legal directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500), league tables, and industry awards.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market, industry, and client research, including daily media monitoring to capture emerging business opportunities.

  • BD Operations & Systems: Maintain CRM databases, update client protocols, and handle administrative workflows for Partners and BD leadership.

  • Bilingual Translation Support: Provide high-quality translation (English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin) for local and regional marketing collateral and pitch content.

  • Digital & Event Collaboration: Assist with website updates, brand collateral, and on-site support for client seminars, functions, and webinars.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Translation, or a law-related discipline.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in professional services (law firm, Big 4, or corporate finance) preferred; fresh graduates with strong internships will be considered.

  • Languages: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is strictly required for translation work.

  • Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with CRM databases and digital tools is an asset.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, acute attention to detail, and a calm, proactive approach under tight deadlines.
