Fleet Controller Assistant | Darwin | NT

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Fleet Controller for an immediate start with our client based Darwin, NT. This is an excellent Monday to Friday opportunity offering full-time hours, overtime and the chance to join a well-established transport and hire business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check trucks, trailers and light vehicles in and out of the yard
• Coordinate the daily movement of fleet and equipment
• Move vehicles and equipment around the yard as required
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients
• Complete data entry and fleet administration using computer systems
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
• Ensure the yard is organised and equipment is ready for hire
• Work safely while following company procedures and policies

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in the transport or hire industry
• Experience working in a Fleet Controller or similar fleet coordination role
• Current MR Driver's Licence (essential)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn fleet management systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen (if required)
