Parts Interpreter / Warehouse Storeperon | Bibra Lake, WA

CELOTTI WORKFORCE are currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter / Warehouse Storeperson for an opportunity based in Bibra Lake, WA, supporting operations within the Mining and Civil sector.

About the Role:
As a Parts Interpreter / Warehouse Storeperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse through accurate inventory management, parts sourcing, and stock control. This position requires a strong understanding of heavy mobile equipment and OEM components, combined with excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Based in Bibra Lake, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse operations, interpreting parts requirements for mining and civil equipment, and ensuring parts and consumables are procured, stored, and distributed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse.
• Interpret and identify parts requirements for a range of mining and civil equipment.
• Source and procure OEM and aftermarket parts, including engine, turbo, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods to ensure correct quantities, quality, and condition.
• Maintain inventory records, stock ledgers, and warehouse registers.
• Ensure stock levels are accurately monitored and replenished as required.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate bi-annual stocktakes.
• Maintain the Ground Engaging Tools (G.E.T.) area and associated inventory.
• Coordinate deliveries, freight movements, and collections.
• Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean, organised, and safe condition.
• Complete general administrative duties to support warehouse operations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Storeperson, or Warehouse Coordinator within the Mining, Civil, or Heavy Equipment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of OEM equipment and heavy mobile plant components.
• Ability to identify equipment makes, models, and variations to accurately source parts.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control systems.
• Sound administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with experience using inventory management software.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Industry experience within the Mining and Civil sectors.
• Current Manual Australian C Class Driver's Licence.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF).
• Basic First Aid Certificate.
• Demonstrated experience in parts interpretation and warehouse inventory control.

• Monday to Friday roster | 7:00am – 5:00pm.
