Landscaper

Responsible for performing general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties to keep outdoor properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. Duties include mowing, trimming, weeding, and debris removal to support a neat and professional appearance for our clients' properties. 

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and edge grass using mowers, trimmers, and edging equipment.

• Pull weeds and maintain flower beds, mulch beds, and other landscaped areas.

• Pick up sticks, leaves, and other debris from lawns and grounds.

• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

• Perform general grounds cleanup and maintenance as directed.

• Assist with seasonal tasks such as mulching, planting, and leaf or snow removal.

• Maintain landscaping equipment and report any needed repairs.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of lawn care tools and equipment is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $14.00 per hour

• 1st Shift

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire
