Production Worker

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in Slippery Rock, PA. This position is primarily responsible for packaging finished products by placing cups into boxes and preparing them for shipment. No previous manufacturing experience is required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three months, with the potential for permanent hire for exceptional performers.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products by placing cups into shipping boxes

• Prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality standards

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Assist with general production duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• No previous manufacturing experience required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly

• Basic math skills

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Clean background check required

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Monday - Friday 

• First Shift (7am – 7pm – Hours may vary)  

• $15/hr

• Temporary Assignment (3 Months)

• Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance
