Our client seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling wood doors according to work orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor and adhere to production schedules
Interpret work orders to determine materials, specifications, and assembly requirements
Pull correct parts for assembly (species, size, and components)
Measure parts and panels to ensure accuracy and quality standards
Set up work tables and prepare materials according to job requirements
Assemble doors and related components
Perform finish sanding to ensure a high-quality final product
Assist in other production areas as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Demonstrate reliability and punctuality
Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members
Woodworking experience or training is a plus
Requires standing, lifting, and working with wood materials and tools
Benefits/Compensation
Full-Time Monday-Friday
First shift (6am –2:30 pm)
$15.50/hr based on experience
Temp to hire position
Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
