Our client seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling wood doors according to work orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor and adhere to production schedules

• Interpret work orders to determine materials, specifications, and assembly requirements

• Pull correct parts for assembly (species, size, and components)

• Measure parts and panels to ensure accuracy and quality standards

• Set up work tables and prepare materials according to job requirements

• Assemble doors and related components

• Perform finish sanding to ensure a high-quality final product

• Assist in other production areas as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality

• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members

• Woodworking experience or training is a plus

• Requires standing, lifting, and working with wood materials and tools

Benefits/Compensation

• Full-Time Monday-Friday

• First shift (6am –2:30 pm)  

• $15.50/hr based on experience

• Temp to hire position  

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
