ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to step into a busy team and provide critical support during a peak period. Managing end-to-end AP processes, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Working with established systems and processes, you'll be trusted to hit the ground running and contribute from day one.

- Hourly Rate: Up to $38 per hour + super

- 50% hybrid WFH arrangement

- Duration: 8-week temporary assignment with potential to extend or transition to a permanent role

DUTIES
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Investigate and respond to supplier queries
- Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals
- Support month-end AP processes and reporting requirements
- Utilise SUN Systems and IPOS to manage transactional activities
- Demonstrated end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
- Proven experience working within a high-volume transactional environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using SUN Systems and/or IPOS highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to new environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid Police Check
