The Role
Joining a team of high performing, collaborative and caring consultants, led by 3 passionate female director's, this is an opportunity for you to be autonomous in your role, with exceptional support, structured mentoring, external training and consistent recognition. Work opposite an established and highly successful temporary counterpart.

As a Senior Permanent Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing permanent roles across a hugely successful and well-established desk 
• Recruiting a varied and interesting mix of roles across support, Executive Assistants, Office Managers, Events coordinators, Reception.
• Monitoring candidate and client satisfaction through Recruiter Insider survey reviews, allowing Lotus People to remain the highest rated agency in Australia for people experience
• Maintaining strong relationships with an impressive list of existing clients
• Building a strong business development strategy to target and win new accounts
• This is a 360-degree consultant role focused on recruitment of temporary candidates within business support

In order to be successful in this high performing environment, you will be a self-starter, strong sales experience, team oriented in how you work, happy to recruit at a fast pace, value relationships above all else and hold yourself to very high standards of work. A flair for detail you will understand the importance of process within recruitment and bring with you a number of years' experience in a 360-degree recruitment position.
