Accounts Payable Officer x2

We are currently looking for two experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join a large, established organisation in a high-volume environment.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced AP professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced team and is confident managing a high volume of invoices from end to end.

About the Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and suppliers are paid on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
• Processing approximately 700 invoices per week
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Supporting AP Supervisors during peak periods
• Following established SOPs and internal controls
• Ensuring accuracy and timely processing across a high-volume environment

About You:

• Previous experience in high-volume AP, preferably within FMCG, retail or a large corporate environment
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience working with large invoice volumes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Experience with AS400 is desirable

You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident to be considered for this position.
