CELOTTI Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a well-established commercial construction company based in Darwin, NT.
This is an opportunity to join a respected and growing commercial builder delivering a diverse range of Design & Construct projects across the Darwin region. Projects range from commercial fit-outs through to new build developments valued up to $20 million.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on Project Manager with strong commercial acumen, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while taking ownership of contract administration, project financials, client relationships, and overall project delivery from award through to completion.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on Project Manager with strong commercial acumen, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while taking ownership of contract administration, project financials, client relationships, and overall project delivery from award through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2–3 concurrent commercial construction projects from award to handover
- Lead project delivery teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete reporting
- Manage project financials including progress claims, variations, procurement, and subcontractor claims
- Develop and administer scopes of work for subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare, assess, and negotiate variations and contractual documentation
- Review and administer head contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, and design documentation to ensure constructability and compliance
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Review and manage project safety documentation including Safety Management Plans
- Work closely with project administration and site teams to ensure project compliance and delivery outcomes
- Lead project meetings, reporting, and project close-out activities
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Demonstrated experience delivering Design & Construct (D&C) projects
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong contract administration experience
- Proven experience preparing and managing progress claims and variations
- Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cost-to-complete reporting
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies and processes
- Ability to develop scopes of work and manage subcontractor packages
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- Experience using project management and reporting systems
Desired Qualifications
- Trade qualification highly regarded
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or related discipline
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
