With one direct report to support you, you will have full ownership of your allocated recruitment portfolio to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Your role will include: Collaborating with business managers to identify current hiring needs and forecast future talent gaps and proactively assist them with their workforce planning requirements. Providing end-to-end talent sourcing and placement of new team members including all screening, interviewing and background checking Using a variety of sourcing tools including the CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, job boards and external recruitment agency suppliers. Proactively building talent pools to ensure consistent flow of new candidates. Consistently delivering a first-class candidate experience. Providing system and process feedback, data and analysis, and contribute to best practice recruitment methods to benefit and improve the Talent Acquisition team. About you You are an experienced recruitment professional, either coming directly from agency or another internal talent acquisition team. You have a passion to support a mission driven organisation that values people, both internal staff and their clients. In addition, you will have: Proven recruitment experience sourcing and placing into corporate services and leadership roles Experience mentoring and managing team members, helping them thrive and providing direction on how to best support the team and organisational goals Ability to engage, support and consult with a variety of business managers, building rapport and trust Passion for creating an enviable candidate experience, driving applications, and developing talent pipelines to proactively support the organisation’s talent needs Experience with and a broad understanding of the latest technology and how to maximise efficiency across a variety of tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple requisitions, internal stakeholders and database administration seamlessly. Health requirements As per government regulation, anyone working in disability services, regardless of their role, must be able to provide proof of 3 vaccinations against Covid 19.
