So, what’s the opportunity?
This is a Senior Recruitment Consultant role where you’ll have the autonomy to build and grow your own permanent desk, specialising in mid to senior level roles.

You’ll leverage an established client base while also identifying and developing new relationships - with the freedom to shape your market, choose who you work with, and build a portfolio that plays to your strengths and interests.

Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to build and establish a strong personal brand within the South Australian Market.

This is very much a role where you can “run your own business within a business”  - backed by a strong brand, established networks, and a highly supportive team.

We’re open to full-time or part-time hours (minimum 25 hours per week) - flexibility is important to us, and we want this role to work for you.
  
 
What will your week look like?

• Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders across South Australia
• Scheduling and attending client meetings to understand organisational needs, build relationships, and position how we can partner effectively
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience
• Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Partnering with clients on hiring needs, market insights, and talent strategy
• Sourcing, interviewing and representing high-calibre candidates
• Building and nurturing talent pools aligned to your market
• Attending networking events and industry functions
