Who's hiring?
Back in 2005, OTFC (that's Occupational Therapy for Children) was just a small Adelaide practice with a mighty team. Fast forward nearly two decades and OTFC has grown into something much bigger – five thriving clinics in South Australia, two in Victoria and one in Queensland, and more than 11,300 young people supported along the way.
They've pioneered the world's first occupational therapy clinic designed specifically for adolescents and young adults, building a reputation for therapy that looks like fun, feels like fun and is fun. In short: life-changing fun.
What hasn't changed? The heart.
OTFC is still proudly family-owned, purpose-driven and built on the belief that play has the power to change lives. Their team is collaborative, passionate and genuinely enjoys coming to work each day. They're ambitious, innovative and always looking for better ways to support children, young people and their families.
So, what's the role?
This isn't your typical marketing position.
As OTFC's Marketing & Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing the brand, generating new client enquiries and ensuring every touchpoint reflects who OTFC is.
Reporting to the COO and CEO, you'll own a broad mix of digital marketing, communications and brand projects. From managing Meta campaigns and HubSpot workflows to updating the website, writing communications and preparing Board reports, no two days will look quite the same.
You'll work closely with the Digital Content Producer and external agency partners while helping drive OTFC's continued growth across Australia. You'll also support the growth of a parallel business spanning e-commerce and a child development app, engaging OTFC's growing community of more than 70,000 followers across their social platforms.
A typical week might see you:
You're someone who enjoys variety and likes taking ownership of your work. You don't wait to be told what needs doing - you naturally look for opportunities to improve things, solve problems and make an impact.
You'll be just as comfortable analysing campaign performance as you are writing copy, updating a website, building HubSpot workflows or collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Most importantly, you'll genuinely care about the work OTFC does and be excited to help more children and families access life-changing therapy by telling their stories to the world.
Ideally, you'll bring:
