So, what's the role?
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business and ensuring accounts, payroll and financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
This is a part-time role working three days per week. Wednesday and Friday are fixed, with flexibility around the third day. Working hours are either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm, providing plenty of flexibility around family and personal commitments.

So, what's the role?

A typical week will include:
- Daily invoicing and reconciliations using Simpro and MYOB
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Processing payroll for a team of 16
- Assisting with BAS, PAYG and superannuation administration
- Providing support with logistics and general administration when required
- Supporting the leadership team with a range of finance and business administration activities
What you'll bring

Essential:
- Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer, Bookkeeper or similar role
- Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Payroll processing experience
- Exposure to BAS, PAYG and superannuation administration
- Proficiency with MYOB and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A friendly and professional communication style
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A willingness to support the wider team when required
- Experience using Simpro
- A genuine work-life balance with a three-day working week
