So, what’s the role?
This is a hands-on, generalist Marketing Specialist role where you’ll work across brand, digital, CRM, and campaign delivery. You’ll support multiple divisions across South Australia and Victoria, helping bring marketing plans to life — from concept through to execution and reporting.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, multiple teams, and a high-performing marketing function to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and real commercial outcomes.
It’s varied, fast-paced, and highly collaborative! One day you might be building a CRM campaign, the next coordinating creative production, and the next supporting a product launch or event.

Here’s what a typical week might look like:
- Developing and executing marketing and CRM plans aligned to business goals
- Managing end-to-end advertising and campaign activity
- Creating and coordinating production of marketing collateral (POS, flyers, newsletters, digital assets)
- Building and delivering eDM campaigns that inform customers and drive sales
- Supporting lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinating events including launches, exhibitions, and industry events
- Monitoring market activity and identifying opportunities for campaign optimisation
- Coordinating sponsorship and advertising opportunities aligned to brand strategy
- Collaborating daily with a creative, high-performing marketing team
You’ll likely be someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and loves seeing campaigns move from idea to execution.
You’ll probably tick a few of these boxes:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a generalist marketing role with demonstrated end‑to‑end delivery across multiple channels and the ability to support more than one brand or stakeholder group
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery across digital and traditional channels
- Experience using design tools such as InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Experience creating and maintaining a monthly marketing plan, keeping schedules up to date as media is booked or plans evolve
- Digital marketing capability including experience with eDM software, and an understanding of the social media landscape
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different business units
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
