Talent Lead

What you'll do: Run the end to end recruiting process for a range of scientific, product and engineering roles. Sourcing candidates, initiate outreach, and serve as their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process. Build out and manage a more robust recruiting pipeline through recruiting events, partnerships, and Vow’s employee referral reward program. Take overall responsibility for Vow's hiring targets, collaborating with hiring managers to make that happen. Develop a transparent, fair strategy and process for managing compensation at Vow. Report out on recruiting and talent-related metrics to the broader team at Vow. Help us to accurately articulate our company culture, mission, and what makes Vow so special to candidates. Required experience & skills: 3+ years of people and recruiting-related experience. Clear track record of attracting high-performing employees with strong retention. Strong knowledge of at least one major applicant tracking system (ATS) Experience at a rapidly growing startup. Stellar communication skills and a positive attitude. People or recruiting experience for technical (e.g., engineering, science) roles. ‍
