Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital supply chain initiatives within an ERP environment
  • Manage timelines, budget, scope, and risks across multiple workstreams
  • Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Oversee implementation of procurement-related ERP modules
  • Enable full purchase order lifecycle management including approvals, supplier engagement, goods receipt, and financial integration
  • Ensure solutions align with scalable procure-to-pay frameworks
  • Partner with supply chain and procurement stakeholders to redesign operating processes
  • Support migration from legacy tools to standardised ERP-driven workflows
  • Drive user adoption and process optimisation across the organisation

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP or digital transformation programmes
  • Proven track record delivering ERP implementations within supply chain, retail, distribution or procurement domains
  • Strong understanding of ERP procurement modules
  • Experience managing complex integrations across multiple enterprise systems
  • Experience working with planning, warehouse, and supplier systems within a broader ecosystem
  • Familiarity with structured ERP delivery methodologies
  • Project/programme management certifications are advantageous
  • Integration across SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan WMS and enterprise systems
