We’re partnering with a well-established builder delivering multiple large-scale residential projects across Sydney, with a secured pipeline through to 2027+.

They are looking to appoint a General Foreman to a major $150M+ multi-residential development in Epping, currently progressing through structure across multiple buildings.

This role is suited to someone who has operated across both internal and external packages on large-scale projects and understands how to drive delivery across all stages of the build.

The Role:
  • Oversee site operations across structure, façade, and internal finishes
  • Coordinate trades, sequencing, and program across multiple work fronts
  • Drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Work closely with Site Manager and project team to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a General Foreman on $100M+ multi-residential projects
  • Exposure across both external works (structure/façade) and internal finishes
  • Strong track record of delivering projects through full lifecycle
  • Stable employment history with reputable builders
  • A hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives outcomes
