Role: Facilities and Maintenance Manager (HQ Desk/office based- 1 day from home)
Location: Rosebery, NSW
Package: $110k-$140k package

The Role:
You will be based at Head office in Rosebery, and this Is a desk/office-based role. You you will take ownership of the management and coordination of maintenance across a large portfolio of 500+ properties.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Review and coordinate all preventative and reactive maintenance issues across the portfolio
- Manage the FM internal system to ensure all jobs are logged and managed effectively
- Manage all maintenance and coordinate repairs with external contractors and on site teams
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors and ensure service delivery
- Respond promptly to WHS requests ensure actions taken to mitigate risk
- Proven experience in managing reactive and preventative maintenance across a multi site portfolio
- Experience managing service contracts with contractors
- Solid understanding of WHS compliance
- Natural ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
