They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to enhance the capability of current and future learning solutions across the department. This newly created role supports a key Government project and is based in Parramatta, with work-from-home flexibility. The position will initially be on a 6-month contract.
  
  
The Job
Throughout this exciting Learning & Development Specialist contract, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Design, develop and facilitate engaging learning programs across multiple delivery channels.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and manage end-to-end program delivery.
• Evaluate and continuously improve learning initiatives using feedback and best practice.
• Drive digital learning innovation and build a strong learning culture aligned to business priorities.

You
To be successful in this contract, you must have experience in the following areas:

• 10+ years' experience in a strategic Learning & Development or Learning Business Partner role.
• Experience within infrastructure, utilities or other complex asset-based organisations, ideally with exposure to government or the public sector.
• Tertiary qualification in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Education or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
• Proven track record of designing and delivering contemporary learning and capability programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
