We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a collaborative and high-performing customer support team. About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide professional support and resolve a variety of account-related enquiries. You will investigate issues, liaise with internal teams and ensure every customer interaction results in a positive outcome.

Working across phone, email and online customer portals, you will build relationships, solve problems and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online portal
• Investigate customer requests and provide timely solutions
• Manage account-related enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
• Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction
• Work collaboratively to achieve team service goals
