Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available within the Accounts Receivable team for a Master Data Officer.
The Role Working within the Accounts Receivable function, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of customer account information and supporting the wider credit team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts within the ERP system
- Processing customer credit applications and conducting credit reference checks
- Maintaining accurate customer master data records
- Responding to customer account enquiries
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company processes
- Supporting internal stakeholders with customer account information
- Assisting with reporting, data validation and process improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Accounts Receivable, Credit Administration, Customer Service or Master Data experience
- Experience processing customer account applications and maintaining customer records
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Oracle ERP experience highly regarded but not essential
