Property Manager - Residential Lettings & Property Management

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a successful residential lettings and property management team.

This is a varied, client-facing role covering the full tenancy lifecycle, from lettings and tenant find through to day-to-day property management, renewals and tenancy end.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing properties throughout the full tenancy lifecycle
• Handling lettings, viewings, referencing and tenancy agreements
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Managing maintenance, contractors and property inspections
• Overseeing compliance, safety certificates and legislation
• Managing rent collection, renewals and tenancy variations
• Handling check-outs, deposits and re-marketing
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven residential lettings and property management experience
• Strong knowledge of the full tenancy lifecycle
• Good understanding of relevant legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
• Experience using property management software such as Alto is desirable

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 DOE
