BTR Lettings Manager

A leading, fast-growing Build-to-Rent operator is recruiting for a Lettings Manager to be based in Newcastle. 

Overview:

• Job Title: BTR Lettings Manager
• Location: Newcastle
• Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

The Lettings Manager will be responsible for the leasing strategy and day-to-day leasing activities for a new Build-to-Rent development in Edinburgh

Responsibilities of the Lettings Manager include:

• Manage a team of Leasing Professionals.
• Drive sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Ensure team members are delivering to a high standard. 
• Oversee renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns or questions.
• Complete various reports.
• Stay informed about the current market and competitors.
• Use software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities.
• Follow health & safety procedures in accordance with company policy. 
• Identify areas of improvement.

The person:

• Experienced Lettings Manager within residential property.
• Prior experience leading a team. 
• Excellent understanding of the leasing process and legislation.
• Be a natural leader.
• Have a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• A clear, calm communication style.
