This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded content professional to take ownership of the brand’s social media content, bringing its properties, people and London neighbourhoods to life.
The Role:
- Creating, filming and editing engaging short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Producing property tours, agent-led content, neighbourhood features and behind-the-scenes content
- Managing the social media content calendar, publishing and community engagement
- Creating supporting photography, graphics, captions and scripts
- Monitoring trends and developing fresh, original content ideas
- Tracking social performance and providing insights to help drive growth and enquiries
- Working closely with agents and senior colleagues, including directing on-camera contributors
- Strong portfolio/showreel of social-first video content
- Excellent filming, editing and storytelling skills
- Experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- A creative, organised and commercially focused approach
- Confidence working with people on camera
- Property, interiors, hospitality or lifestyle experience would be advantageous
- £27,000–£32,000 pro rata, depending on experience
- 34 hours per week
- Permanent, part-time position
- Central London, with regular travel across Greater London
- Flexibility for remote planning/editing by agreement
- Apple MacBook Pro and professional filming equipment provided
