With a strong pipeline of hotel and multi-residential projects currently in delivery, this role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale developments within a collaborative and design-focused environment.
This position is ideally suited to a technically strong Architectural Documenter who thrives in producing high-quality documentation and can quickly integrate into an established project team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction documentation using ArchiCAD
- Develop coordinated drawing packages across all documentation stages
- Liaise with architects, consultants and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Australian Building Codes and relevant standards
- Assist with project coordination and consultant management
- Support the delivery of complex hotel and multi-residential developments
- Proven experience as an Architectural Documenter, Architectural Technician or Revit/ArchiCAD Architect
- Advanced ArchiCAD proficiency is essential
- Experience delivering hotel, apartment, mixed-use or multi-residential projects
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Understanding of Australian building regulations and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Immediate start available
- Competitive hourly rate of up to $60/hr for contract
- Upto $90k + Super for permanent
