We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & RE-FX Consultant to lead finance transformation initiatives with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX). This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancing financial visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting complex lease management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance transformation and implementation projects with a focus on SAP RE-FX.
• Drive end-to-end real estate and lease lifecycle processes, including contract management, lease administration, accounting, and reporting for both lease-in and lease-out scenarios.
• Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and Project Systems (PS) where applicable.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP RE-FX and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members and junior consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Extensive SAP Finance consulting experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP RE-FX.
• Solid configuration and functional knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including AP, AR, GL, and AA.
• Proven track record leading SAP implementation, migration, or finance transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, lease accounting, and real estate management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and RE-FX.
• SAP certifications and/or professional finance qualifications (CPA, ACCA).
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
