About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Field & Partner Marketing to lead integrated marketing programmes across the Asia Pacific region. In this regional role, you will partner closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, demand generation and business growth.

You will play a key role in translating business priorities into impactful marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable results across multiple APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing programmes across Asia Pacific, aligned with regional business objectives.
• Partner with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives for priority solutions and markets.
• Drive customer engagement, demand generation and client adoption through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic programmes.
• Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners and key clients to increase awareness, engagement and solution adoption.
• Create and localise marketing collateral, sales enablement materials and customer-facing content for regional audiences.
• Coordinate regional events, webinars and client engagement activities from planning through post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Corporate Communications, Analytics and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, B2B Marketing or Integrated Marketing.
• Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing programmes across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, demand generation and customer engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across regional and global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed and collaborative environment.
