Job Description
Job Responsibiltiies
- To assist and coordinate for fraud governance meetings including deck presentations, minutes and follow up actions.
- To assist and coordinate for fraud control processes and read across of procedure, regulatory and policy changes.
- To assist and coordinate business control and management tasks and prepare for paper write-up for other governance meeting submissions.
- To support depaBankirtmental coordination work and matters such as mandatory training monitoring, cost control, annual procedural manual and process review, focus group, access right recertifications
Job Responsibiltiies
- University Graduate in any discipline
- Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and being resilient under pressure
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word and Excel
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome
