Job Requirements
- Responsible for risk and control monitoring, MI report preparation, account reconciliation, and a range of back-office operations.
- Coordinate projects covering operations, system enhancements, MI/reporting and process re-engineering to ensure stable and efficient delivery of collections services.
- Support Secured Collection Manager to handle debt collection and recovery activities for mortgages and secured products.
- Prepare departmental documentation (including procedure manual) to provide a concise step by step guide for staff members to follow.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in credit risk and/or risk and control, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of retail banking; experience in operational risk management and/or financial crime compliance is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a broad range of stakeholders; resilient and adaptable in a changing environment.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
