Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Manage month-end closing processes to ensure the accuracy of a full set of accounts and effective cash management.
- Prepare and generate bank business reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates, including cash flow forecasting.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate business performance, support forecasting, and assist in the annual budgeting process.
- Ensure compliance of financial reports with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Handle company secretarial tasks and ensure adherence to HKEX compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize necessary financial data.
- Design and maintain efficient report templates to streamline reporting processes.
- Manage KYC processes and undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting and finance experience, ideally within a sizable organization.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage).
- Professional certification (e.g., HKICPA or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
