With a strong pipeline and an ambitious growth trajectory, they are now looking to bring on a hands-on Site Manager / Foreman to support the next phase of the business.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a growth leadership role within a tight-knit, high-performing team.
The Role
- Oversee 2–3 projects concurrently (renovations, extensions, light commercial)
- Lead site teams and subcontractors
- Interpret plans and drive delivery from start to finish
- Manage programme, sequencing, and day-to-day site operations
- Remain hands-on where required
About You
- Carpentry background essential
- Experience delivering residential projects ($200K–$1.5M+)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident reading and interpreting plans
- Looking to step up into a broader leadership role
