The Information Management and Technology Service Branch plays a pivotal role in contributing to outcomes, the IMTS branch expertly delivers easy to use and reliable technology solutions that help our client in meeting their objectives.
Role
We are seeking three talented and experienced Senior Business Analysts with a strong track record of project delivery. To align with the current scope of work, two alternative skillsets are being targeted, candidates must have demonstrated experience in either of the following:

Role
We are seeking three talented and experienced Senior Business Analysts with a strong track record of project delivery. To align with the current scope of work, two alternative skillsets are being targeted, candidates must have demonstrated experience in either of the following:
- Microsoft Dynamics / PowerApps; or
- ServiceNow and service catalogue management.
Responsibilities
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
- Generating information and insights from data and identifying trends and patterns
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, testers, developers and project teams
- Launch technologies that solve critical business issues and create new regulatory capabilities
- Develop agency data assets that drive responsive and effective regulatory outcomes
- A proven ability to prepare high quality business analysis deliverables and apply structured business analysis techniques and critical thinking to business problems.
- A proven ability to deliver large, concurrent deliverables to deadline, using initiative and responding flexibly to change and uncertainty
- A demonstrated ability to engage effectively and work cohesively with internal and external stakeholders
- Clear, concise, and articulate oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated experience in either Microsoft Dynamics / PowerApps
- ServiceNow and service catalogue management
- Understanding and experience working within system development and project management methodologies and Agile experience would be highly desirable
