Support the Security Division through end-to-end logistics, procurement and asset management. Work closely with Technical Security Officers, security teams, suppliers and government stakeholders to deliver operational capability across Australia and overseas.

About the Role
Support the Security Division through end-to-end logistics, procurement and asset management. Work closely with Technical Security Officers, security teams, suppliers and government stakeholders to deliver operational capability across Australia and overseas.
Duties
- Coordinate deployments, travel and logistics
- Manage procurement and contract activities
- Maintain asset registers and stocktakes
- Prepare project and budget documentation
- Mitigate supply chain and operational risks
- NV1 clearance or ability to upgrade to NV2
- SAP and Commonwealth procurement expertise
- Contract and vendor management experience
- Strong stakeholder liaison and negotiation skills
- Risk management and logistics experience
- Diverse procurement and logistics portfolio
- Exposure to international operations
- Work with specialised security teams
- Potential 12-month contract extension
