Tasks & Responsibilities
As the Safety Advisor, you will report directly into the Head of HR and support several senior business leaders. You will own a multisite portfolio and drive best practice work, health & safety across the group.
You will:
- Deliver the HSE strategy in this hands on operational position
- Promote zero harm and best practice safety culture
- Advise and consult stakeholders within your portfolio
- Update SMS and promote continuous improvements in the HSE function
- Conduct regular risk assessments
Qualifications & experience
To be successful in this exciting new opportunity, you will have:
- Min 3-5+ years experience in WHS
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation & compliance
- Exposure to multi site environments
- Industry experience across industrial sectors (low-medium risk)
- Full Drivers license
