About the Role
Our client is a well-established MNC with a strong presence across the APAC region. As part of their continued business growth, they are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their regional finance team.
This role is ideal for commercially minded finance professionals with strong business partnering capabilities, regional exposure, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple markets, providing financial insights to drive strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders across APAC to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and performance commentary for senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes across regional markets.
- Monitor key business drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations to support growth initiatives and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to improve reporting, planning, and performance management processes.
- Participate in strategic projects, business transformation initiatives, and regional expansion activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Solid FP&A and business partnering experience gained from multinational corporations.
- Proven experience supporting regional stakeholders across APAC.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
