Experienced Acute Nurses - Contract & Permanent Opportunities: Tasmania

Due to ongoing demand for skilled acute nurses across Tasmania, Nurseline is reaching out interstate to connect with nurses who are ready for a change, looking to expand their experience, or seeking the flexibility of contract work while exploring a new location!
  
Essential requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a specialised acute nursing area.
• Demonstrated clinical confidence, adaptability, and ability to work effectively within acute care environments.
• Full Australian working rights are essential.
• Senior nurses are strongly preferred.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience across more than one acute specialty area will be highly regarded.

Specialty areas:

• Scrub/Scout nurses with recent perioperative experience across a broad range of surgical lists, strong instrumentation knowledge, and confidence working in fast-paced theatre environments.
• Anaesthetics nurses with recent experience supporting induction, airway management assistance, patient monitoring, and anaesthetic room workflow.
• Recovery nurses with recent PACU experience, including post-anaesthetic monitoring, airway support, pain management, and escalation of deteriorating patients.
• Emergency nurses with recent emergency department experience, including triage exposure, acute assessment, resuscitation support, and management of high-acuity presentations.
• Other specialised acute nurses with strong recent experience in a clearly defined acute clinical setting and the ability to work safely and confidently within that specialty.
