- Procuremt of goods following Council's Code of Tenders and Contracts Policy
- Secure funding opportunities and manage full-cycle grant applications and acquittals
- Implement strict policy controls and handle revenue and contract management
- Utilise ordering systems, process invoices, and complete end-of-month reporting
- Research financial policies and continuously improve existing workflows and systems
- Support internal departments with auditing, administrative tasks, and financial services
About You
- Financial experience across local government or the private sector.
- Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise, and meet deadlines collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed computer software knowledge and quick systems adaptation
- Experience understanding and interpreting relevant Acts and legislation
- Ability to drive operational efficiencies and improve service delivery
